Food scientists are claiming they’ve made a huge leap in making soy products taste and feel something – anything, just one tiny iota – like chicken.

This revolutionary news is being greeted with street parties and mass group hugs in cities throughout California, where consumers have been quoted describing the advance as “Like, OMG! This is like sooo amazing, because all the, like, chickens and whatnot – you know, the pigs and everything? – will be sooo happy because now people can eat, like, meat? But it’s, like, not meat? Scientists Cure Huntington’s Disease In Mice

scientists have found the reason for neuronal toxicity in huntingtons and can cure the disease in mice with the drug mementine

Work carried out at several North American research institutes, and headed by Dr Stuart Lipton,has come up with a novel strategy for treating the terrible neurodegenerative condition called Huntington’s Disease (or Huntington’s Chorea).

They used a mouse model of the disease and found that, in the mice at least, disease progress can be halted by a drug currently being used to treat patients with Alzheimer’s. Read the rest of this entry »

A Proposed Mechanism For Increased Lifespan By Low-Protein Diet
